NOTICE OF NONDISCRIMINATION

Oral Direct Dental complies with applicable federal civil rights laws, including Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act. We do not discriminate, exclude people, or treat them differently on the basis of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency and primary language), age, disability, or sex (consistent with the scope of sex discrimination described at 45 CFR § 92.101(a)(2)).

Oral Direct Dental provides:

• Reasonable modifications to our policies and procedures for individuals with disabilities, so they can access our dental services.

• Free appropriate auxiliary aids and services to people with disabilities, so they can communicate effectively with us. These include qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats, such as large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, and other formats.

• Free language assistance services to people whose primary language is not English. These include qualified interpreters and information written in other languages.
